FORMAT AND DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM
As soon as a group of participants of the program is defined, we will appoint their support team (direct superiors of the participants). Their role during the program is to encourage and support participants of the program to implement the learnings.

Participants, support team and the trainer will meet three times during the program at support sessions:

1) At the beginning of the program

We will start with shedding light on where you are now and with defining the vision of where you want to be (what is the change you are aiming for).

We will set clear expectations, measurable outcomes and ways to track progress.

Participants need to see the purpose and the benefits of the program before they put their time and energy into it. Support team needs to know how they can help execute the change.

2) Half-way through the program

We will review progress and make adjustments if needed.

3) At the end of the program

We will evaluate the results.  Each participant will leave with the clear view of the next steps on their journey beyond the program. The company will know exactly how to support the participants and encourage them to build on the foundation.

implementation labs

New insights are wasted unless they are turned into action, so we will hold participants accountable for applying the learnings in their specific work situation. 

Implementation labs (half-day meeting of the participants and a coach) create a safe and inspiring space for planning the action steps and sharing the insights from practicing new skills.

 

coaching sessions

As the program evolves participants will benefit from individual or team coaching to overcome some barriers and move forward faster.

Based on the current needs we will decide when and how to use the coaching sessions most effectively.

Workshops

Participants will learn how to stimulate team engagement, how to connect across differencies and influence others without authority. 

They  will learn practical skills to give and receive constructive feedback,  they will know how to prevent and manage conflicts in the team, they will develop greater self-awareness to become more effective team member.
